Reguarding the question, When are you ever going to put all that schooling to work?

Well, now that Nathan will be 1 year in a few days, the time has come for me to get a job. I now have a permanent position at Dr. Adams office in Mesa. I went to hygiene school with his daughter Stacey. I really like this office, it feels like home. That's the best way I can describe it. Its so great to be doing what I love and have worked so hard to accomplish, and the money is great too. I thought I would update my half marathon training progress. I have about 5 weeks to finish training for the crazy thing and things are going slow with me feeling kinda under the weather. However Missy and I will be seen on the road with our Strollers, so please watch out for us. Feb 2 is the date of the half marathon, anyone is welcome to run the 13.1 miles with us. Come on, it will be fun. I also wanted to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. This has really been a roller coaster of a year for our family and I can see a smoother ride for the next year. Hopefully that is true. Nathan has brought us more joy than challenge and so you know that's a huge amount of joy. Also, congratulations to Trevor and Tristen for getting their deer, both in the last week, and both with their bows. Good Job. Merry Christmas in deed. Tiff

MOM

I grabbed my girls out of school and Randy had a small chunk of time to get Grandma from the airport. She sat by Nathan and took pictures of us in the car. I was happy Grandma could see Nathan before the twins so she could see him before she thought of him as ginormous. Then I made it my personal mission to make sure she visits Crackers while she is here and can eat at an actual restaurant. I think its been a long time since she's eaten out anywhere. And no, feeding her yaks doesn't count as "going out to eat". We have a splendid time soaking up some time with her at lunch, it was overcast and we ate outside, the girls and I were freezing but I don't think it fazed Grandma. I loved just knowing that my mom was close by, and lucky me I got to keep sneaking over to Tawnya's at all hours of the day and night to "help" I mean see mom. I feel like my heart is overflowing to get to see my mom so much. I kept thinking that this is the way to see her, let someone else have the babies and I love to just help along side my mom, let someone else do all the hard stuff! Go Tawnya! It really was heart melting to see my mom with these amazing girls. I had a quick chance to hold both babies at the same time and I was so overcome with love. Its so hard to describe the power of babies. And mom's who come to visit. Merry Christmas! Tiffany

The sky is falling, the sky is falling!

Is this for real? Randy has been at a three day class. Excelling in his class, enjoying being in a classroom, sitting in one spot for hours at a time. What is this world coming too? Okay okay, it's not so far off if I tell you the subject. Hunter safety instructor - You know to teach the Hunters safety course. He's having a ball, and I think he knows what he wants to be when he grows up. Well, he's always wanted to be a Forest Ranger, and now I actually think he's thinking of getting that degree and making this dream of his come true. As for me I think its wonderful, he already looks at least 5 years younger and he's talking about going jogging with me. Really, who is this guy? Maybe I have a new marathon training partner, watch out Missy! So, while Randy has been chasing dreams and conquering the world of Hunter Safety, I have been at home with my sick baby, in rock-a-bye land, seriously, my rock-a-bye time lately is rivaling Nathan's colicky acid reflux days, I secretly call it the dark ages, the four months that went on for four years. So cheers for Randy, Health to Nathan and Love to all of you!
PS I am excited to pick up my mom from the airport and score a little one on one time with her in the guise of a good deed, oops the secrets out, oh well everyone knew it anyways. See you soon Mom
Merry Christmas

Bubbles Bubbles Everywhere

Yesterday, Kelsey came home from school with a big bottle of bubbles. It was so fun to see Nathan's face light up as he watched the girls blow and pop the bubbles. Then as he got more brave he started to pop the bubbles himself. What a cute face, he waved at those bubbles and tried to eat them. At first he was bare foot and he would look so confused at the grass and he would sit down fast and lift his fee up in the air and hold onto his feet. I put shoes on him and he could finally focus on the bubbles. Funny funny. Have a great week!

What an Amazing Day

Krista is ten and had a fabulous day with lunch out with mom, a climb inside a fire truck, and fun birthday dinner and cake. Tomorrow is a concert with mom to see Kelly Clarkson- on a school night. The twins are here. I went with Tam and Brad to see my new little nieces, they are so beautiful and sweet. Tiny little hands and feet, just the right amount of hair, and perfect little faces. Gorgeous! Here are some pictures of this day. This day was bananas B A N A N A S! Tiff

Krista will be TEN in the morning

Happy Birthday to my first born baby girl. I can't believe that I have a 10 year old! I am so grateful for Krista and the joy and fun that she brings to my life, not to mention how helpful she is with Nathan. It's kinda funny but the only time Nathan lets me go to the gym with him is when I take Krista. To be fair Nathan is equally enchanted with Kelsey too.
Okay today the girls and I were singing the Hello Hello song from primary and He was singing along with us like he usually does. Then he started saying hello too. It was so cute. Randy was the one who caught it the first time. What a smarty.
Love to all, hope you are having a Happy Thanksgiving week!

November

I wanted to take a moment and recognize the blessings in my life. I love my family and cherish the time we have together. I am especially honored to share this amazing life with my sweetheart and friend Randy. I love you. I am grateful for all of my friends and family who offer love and support. I am grateful for the blessings of the gospel in my life and find myself clinging to the hope that it offers. I even find myself being thankful for the very things that have once irritated me or caused great pain.
I love challenges and often am working on one goal or another. So if you were to ask me what my current challenge is, I would be chatting your ears off about how excited I am to train and run a half marathon in May. I am running the turkey trot on Thanksgiving and am really looking forward to that. I would love to run a full marathon, but think that is a year off. So go ahead ask me how many miles I've run this week, I hope to amaze you. Or impress. Or whatever. Have a great thanksgiving.

It's only just begun

Our little family is so fun! I just love being together with my children. They are my greatest joy and delight and I am one lucky mom. I am so excited to share my joyful and silly moments that Randy, Krista, Kelsey, Nathan and I experience. I am especially glad to find a great way to show video to a Grandma tucked away in snowy Colorado. Hi, Mom! So I can't wait to figure this whole crazy thing out! Enjoy! Tiffany
